I walked into my girls room tonight to help them get ready for bed. I walked into a complete tornado disaster. There was an airbed that I should've taken down a few days ago, stuffed animals, shoes and clothes EVERYWHERE and the bins that hold toys and dress up clothes "under" the bed poured out all over the place. There was seriously not one inch of walking room. It started with a simple..."you guys need to clean up this room" but every second I was in there, I got more frustrated. So the girls got in trouble for having it such a mess. I looked at Morgan and she started to cry.
Me - "Don't even start crying. Just start cleaning up."
Morgan - "I'm just crying because I'm so happy."
Daddy comes in to roll up airbed.
Daddy - "What's going on back here?"
Rylee - "I think she is crying for joy."
I wish I could tell her that as she grows up, it gets easier to recognize and deal with emotions...but....for now, we will just be content that the room is all cleaned up and we are all happy again...really happy. Not a shining moment for me as a mother, but I will try again tomorrow!

Grandma and Grandpa came!!!
Jason's parents came into town for a few days and we had so much fun! I seriously have the best inlaws! No matter what we do, we always have such a great time. They are so loving and so giving. We all get along so great! It was truly a pleasure to have them come and visit! Gloria and I spent most of the time together. When we are together, we just mesh. We just talk and talk and talk and laugh and laugh and laugh. We go from deep conversations to meaningless funny conversations, back to deep conversations! It was exactly what I needed. My talker was very tired after they left. I can't remember the last time it was worn out! :) We need to figure it out so we can see them more often! On Sunday we went to the temple. We went through the Visitor's Center and just walked around the beautiful grounds and talked. I love this picture of Jason and his mom!!!

The girls got to feed the giraffes with Grandma and Grandpa! What a cool experience! Taylor caught this incredible picture with her own camera. I want to find a contest to enter it into. I just love, love, love it!

Baby Jaxsen

My first great nephew is here! Baby Jaxsen was born a few weeks ago! I got sick the day he was born, so I didn't get to see him right away! That was a killer!!! I still remember the day that Chelsea was born and I stood outside the nursery window for what seemed like hours, just staring at her and falling in love with her. Now she has a precious little baby and I am in love all over again! He is adorable! I am so happy for Chels and Corey!!! I am looking forward to my next snuggle time!
